MEGAN FITNESS HEALTH, FITNESS & WELLBEING RETREAT

Whatever your fitness, weight loss or general health goals are health and exercise should be a way of life. The retreat will cater for people trying to get back into exercise by introducing new forms of exercise.

The retreat will run over the weekend of Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 June and include scheduled yoga sessions, one-to-one health and fitness coaching, salsa dancing lessons from some of Northern Ireland’s best instructors.

The weekend will consist of both relaxing and vigorous forms of exercise based around the halls and beautiful gardens of Greenmount College and exclusive use of the Antrim Forum Health Suite. The first day will finish with a disco allowing everyone to hit the dance floor and practice the Jive and Salsa moves taught earlier on the day.

Meals and en-suite accommodation are included in the weekend and hopefully we’ll give you life-changing exercise and nutrition habits to improve your fitness forever!
